The UK has revealed just how effective one of Kyiv’s recent attacks on Russia was shortly after Donald Trump called for Ukraine to “play offence”.
The US president is currently trying to set up a bilateral meeting between Ukraine’s president Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Russia’s Vladimir Putin in a bid to end the war.
But, even as Trump seems to support ending the conflict on Putin’s terms, Moscow is still refusing to commit to any such summit and keeps delaying peace negotiations.
