Unai Emery has discussed his options after allowing Leon Bailey to leave Aston Villa on loan.

The winger has joined the Serie A side for the rest of the season, with an option to make the move permanent in a deal worth £19 million next summer.

Bailey registered 28 goal contributions during the 2023/24 campaign, playing a pivotal role in helping Villa secure a fourth-place finish in the Premier League.

However, last season the Jamaica international managed just one Premier League goal as his form dipped, prompting Emery to address the reasons behind the decline.
