A Rockton man was arrested on charges related to DUI after a passenger in a vehicle he was driving was killed during a single vehicle crash in Machesney Park.

Anthony J. Moe, 19, of Rockton, was charged with reckless homicide, aggravated DUI causing death and aggravated DUI causing great bodily harm.

Winnebago County Sheriff's Police said in a news release that Moe was driving about 5:15 p.m. Aug. 21 with three passengers when he lost control of his vehicle westbound on Route 173 east of Mitchell Road.
