THE CLEVELAND BROWNS have made a major decision over the immediate playing future of Shedeur Sanders.
The former Colorado Buffaloes quarterback - the son of two-time Super Bowl winner Deion - was snapped up by the franchise in the 2025 NFL Draft.
Sanders, 23, has yet to take to the field during the Brown's hectic pre-season schedule.
But Head Coach Kevin Stefanski has revealed the rookie will play in their final match of pre-season against the Los Angeles Rams .
Sanders has yet to play for the franchise due to a niggling oblique injury.
But he said this week of his ailment: "Everything's good."
Sanders will take to the pitch after starting QB Joe Flacco and fellow rookie Dillon Gabriel.
