A New Season of ‘The Great British Baking Show’ Is Upon Us

Did you know that The Great British Baking Show comes back in two weeks? Next question: can you remember last year’s winner? I can’t. Previous players blink in and out of my memory like ghosts of seasons’ past. Aside from Nelly , however, I’m struggling mightily to remember anything from last season, which is odd considering that it aired just last year; in a world that averages two to three years between seasons , that’s a cakewalk (I promise, this pun is purely accidental).
