Police have arrested a second suspect accused of robbing a Bronx man at knifepoint last year and causing a massive heart attack that he died from months later, police said Friday.

Detectives arrested suspect Jose Guadalupe, 33, on Thursday, charging him with murder in the role he played in the Feb. 18, 2024, mugging of Edgar Acevedo in the Fordham section of the Bronx.

Cops had previously charged Bryan Ciprian, 22, in Acevedo’s death, officials said.

Acevedo, 47, was walking home with a 39-year-old friend around 1:45 a.m. when a pair of crooks stormed up and pulled a knife on them near the corner of Grand Concourse and E. Kingsbridge Road.
