All 32 NFL teams will have to cut down their rosters by August 26, and there will be some surprising and tough players that will be cut to ensure each team has a 53-man roster by the deadline. One team that has already gotten a jump on cutting players is the Pittsburgh Steelers.

The Athletic's Mike DeFabo has revealed the Steelers have already begun their roster purge by releasing 11 players.

DeFabo also indicated that the released players
