DUNKLIN COUNTY, Mo. (KFVS) - A man is accused of keeping methamphetamine around five children at a home in Kennett.
Venito Johnson, Jr., 31, is charged with two counts of felony drug trafficking, one count of felony delivery of a controlled substance and five counts of felony endangering the welfare of a child.
Authorities executed a search warrant at a home on West 8th Street on Thursday night, August 21 where they arrested Johnson.
They reported finding meth, fentanyl, ecstasy, a digital scale and a gun conversion device known as a “Glock switch” in a backpack Johnson said belonged to him.
He’s being held in the Dunklin County Jail on a $175,000 cash-only bond.
