SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — A former McDonald County man pleaded guilty in federal court Friday to one count of kidnapping resulting in death.

Mahamud Tooxoow Mahamed, 43, a Somali national who was a permanent resident alien in the United States, had been living in Noel at the time of the kidnapping. ×
