KANSAS CITY, Mo. —

The FBI has created an information page a Kansas City-area school teacher charged in federal court with multiple child pornography offenses.

Dennis Hernandez was charged this week in the Western District of Missouri with transportation, production, attempted production, and possession of child pornography. Advertisement

Prosecutors emphasized that the charges are accusations, and guilt must be determined by a trial jury.

The FBI is asking anyone who may have been victimized by Hernandez, or who has information relevant to the case, to complete a victim questionnaire available on the FBI’s website or call 1-800-CALL-FBI.

Officials request that potential victims use only one method to report.
