SaskTel is still experiencing a widespread outage affecting all cellular voice services, as well as around 3,000 business voice customers, the Crown corporation said in an update late Friday.

The province-wide outage began Friday morning and SaskTel told 650 CKOM that the outage was not related to any cybersecurity incident.

Sasktel said in the update that data services and text messaging are not impacted, and some cellular calls may intermittently go through.
