DORCHESTER COUNTY, S.C. — A multi-agency investigation has led to four arrests in connection with the death of an Orangeburg County teen who was found dumped alongside a South Carolina road.

The Dorchester County Sheriff's Office announced on Friday that it had a major update in the death of 18-year-old Antwon Carmichael , who had been found wrapped in white bedding alongside White House Pond Road in the Rosinville area. The investigation began on Aug. 3 when deputies were notified of a "suspicious package shaped like a body." Deputies arrived and determined it was a body, but the victim wasn't identified right away.
