ROCHESTER, Minn.- The Med City Art Festival returned to Peace Plaza with around 38 vendors willing to share their work with the Rochester community on Friday, August 22.
Swaranjali Bhandari, an expert in Warli painting, said it was her first time tabling the event with her daughter Kavya.
She was grateful for the support of the festival and the Mayo Clinic for spotlighting one of her favorite art forms.
"This is such a nice platform for us to showcase our artwork," Bhandari said.
Annie Noodle, an illustrator from Mankato says she has been going to the event for 4 years.
In that time she says one of her favorite parts is being able to cheer up patients who wander over from nearby hospitals.
"When you're tabling outside Mayo its interesting because there's a lot of oh, it's my last day
