COLONIAL HEIGHTS, Va. (WWBT) - Colonial Heights detectives say they have arrested another Chesterfield County teacher for manufacturing child pornography.

Richard Franklin Troshak III, 33, of North Chesterfield, was arrested at his work, Chester Early Childhood Learning Academy. He has been charged with eight counts of manufacturing child porn and two counts of indecent liberties with a child.

This comes after police arrested Chesterfield County English teacher, Shaun Jason Adams, 49, of Petersburg, in July.

On July 22, around 11:45 a.m., police went to Regal Cinemas after receiving a call from Southpark Mall security about a man taking pictures of a child in the restrooms at 300 Southpark Circle.
