A presentation of the South Haven Speaker Series set for September 11 will focus on an issue that’s been prominent in the news this year: immigration.
Speaker Series Board member Dana Hullinger tells us they’ll welcome Professor David Thronson of the Michigan State University College of Law, an expert on family and immigration law, to discuss how shifting U.S. immigration policies and practices affect vulnerable children and families.
Hullinger tells us they booked the guest back in the spring, but the issue has only gotten more relevant.
