A Massachusetts man is speaking out to us after his wife was detained by immigration authorities earlier this month.

Marcel Rosa of Canton said his wife, Jemmy, who is from Peru, was detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement at Logan International Airport on Aug. 11 when they were returning from a family vacation in Mexico.

She was released Wednesday after 10 days in ICE custody.

"I'm going to tell you right now, I felt like we was getting ambushed," Rosa said.

He said he handed over all their passports and Jemmy's green card when they landed, but an officer took her for additional questioning.
