Euan Henderson has stressed managerless Airdrie need to get that first win under their belts quickly to avoid falling into a game of catch-up again this season. ‌

The Diamonds could only muster eight points from their first 15 games last season, leading to the side being embroiled in a relegation battle very early on. ‌

They survived last term thanks to Hamilton Accies' 15 point deduction and winning the Championship play-offs, and ex-Accies Henderson knows the club want to be battling it out at the right end of the table this term. ‌
