A Killingworth man died following a crash on Interstate 95 in Guilford on Friday night, according to Connecticut State Police .

Police identified the man as 32-year-old Michael Terrio.

Police said Terrio’s 2025 Suzuki Gsx-r1000 R struck an SUV from behind while it was northbound near I-95’s Exit 59. The driver of the SUV sustained minor injuries and was transported to the hospital. Terrio was taken to Yale New Haven Hospital , where he was later pronounced dead.
