On Sunday, the New York Yankees won the series finale against the Boston Red Sox, 7-4, thanks in large part to Jazz Chisholm Jr. setting the tone in the bottom of the second inning with an emotional two-run home run that doubled as a tribute to his dearly departed best friend. But Chisholm wasn't the only one to show up with his two home runs and four runs batted in on the night.

Partnering with Chisholm on the power production front was leadoff hitter Trent Grisham, who h ad himself quite the game in the Yankees' win . Grisham went perfect from the plate, going 2-2 with two home runs and two runs batted in while drawing a walk in his two other plate appearances.
