The taps are running dry for some of the people who rely on well water in parts of Newfoundland.
Jeff Kirk lives in the Goulds. His dug well has dried up in the past, but he says it's been years since that happened — and it's never been this bad.
"I've never seen it this dry, and I'm 62 years old," Kirk told CBC News. "It's been dry since the last week of July. So I guess we're approaching a month, and when I say dry, it's bone dry."
