SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WCAX) - On Monday, the New York State Fair celebrates all things maple.

It’s an effort to showcase the Empire State’s growing maple industry.

Fairgoers can taste the goodness of pure maple syrup and learn all about it, too.

They have maple ice cream, maple cotton candy, donuts, popcorn, cinnamon buns, and more up for sale.

The state fair also has an Agricultural Career Day, Beef Day, and Dairy Day, all lined up to promote New York state agriculture.
