CANTON ‒ Mix 94.1's new weather forecaster will be off the air for a few days.

Hollie Strano, the former WKYC Channel 3 TV meteorologist, announced she will not handle the forecast for the next few days while she recovers from an injury sustained over the weekend.

"What a wild weekend!" she said in a Facebook post. "Grady moved into OSU and I met the OSU paramedics and the wonderful ER team at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus."

Strano said she was injured while helping her son set up his dorm room.

"Looks like making a dorm bed could be hazardous to your health," she said in a Facebook post. "9 staples later and the worst concussion ever. So I will be off Abruptly Authentic and Radio for a few days."
