Russian tennis player Daniil Medvedev smashed his racket to smithereens after losing his US Open match.
The 29-year-old professional athlete was playing in the first round against Benjamin Bonzi on Sunday night (August 24) in Queens, New York. He did not win the match, and smashed his racket on the ground.
Earlier in the match, he also had an issue with the referee. A photographer walked on the court during the match, and chair umpire Greg Allensworth allowed Bonzi to give him a new first serve.
