EXCLUSIVE: David Levine and Ethan Mansoor , co-founders of Underground Overground Comedy , have signed with WME .

Underground Overground Comedy is an events organizer that produces pop-up comedy shows throughout New York City. What began for the duo as a single show for family and friends during the pandemic quickly grew into something much bigger.

Since launching the company, also referred to as Comedy UO, in 2021, Levine and Mansoor have produced nearly 300 shows across more than 50 unconventional venues in New York City, including an Alphabet City laundromat, an Upper East Side gym, Lower East Side institution Economy Candy, Katz’s Delicatessen, and Astor Place Hairstylists.
