Peel Regional Police have charged a 30-year-old Brampton man following an alleged assault at a public waterpark in Brampton and are still seeking a female suspect.

On July 23 at around 6:20 p.m., cops responded to a fight call at the Wet’n’Wild waterpark. They allege a violent assault occurred against a female victim after a verbal altercation between her and two suspects escalated.

The victim suffered serious injuries, and the suspects, a male and a female, fled.

On Aug.14, police arrested and charged Malcolm Ryan with assault cause bodily harm and the female suspect remains at large. She is described as Black, 30–35 years old, approximately 5-foot-6 tall with a medium build with a dark complexion, black braided hair, and brown eyes.
