MANHATTAN, N.Y. (PIX11) --- A man is accused of strangling a teenager and biting a man's ear during separate attacks in Central Park early Monday morning, police said.
David Luciano, 27, allegedly assaulted an 18-year-old man near 62nd Street and West Drive and a 37-year-old man near 93rd Street and West Drive at around 1:30 a.m., according to the NYPD.
The suspect is accused of kicking, punching, and choking the teen before biting the older victim's ear and stealing his bike, police said.
The men were taken to the hospital for treatment.
Luciano was arrested on Monday and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, assault, and petit larceny, according to the NYPD.
His arraignment was pending on Monday.
