MATTHEW Broderick and Alan Ruck shared a Ferris Bueller's Day Off reunion.

The pair appeared together at a Vancouver baseball game, 39 years after the hit film debuted.

Ferris Bueller's Day Off was the box office smash that was first released in July 1986.

With a tiny budget of $5million, the movie grossed over $70million at the box office and has become a cult classic.

It tells the story of a charismatic slacker named Ferris ( Matthew Broderick ) who lives in Chicago and skipped high-school.

He was accompanied by his best friend Cameron (Alan Ruck) and his girlfriend Sloane ( Mia Sara ) for the day.

It also starred the likes of Jennifer Grey , Kristy Swanson , and Charlie Sheen in ensemble roles.
