TROY Aikman is celebrating his daughter's birthday.

Jordan Aikman turned 24 years old on Sunday, and received a touching post from her father.

The Dallas Cowboys legend shared a post on Instagram commemorating his daughter's birthday.

"A golden birthday for my golden girl," he said.

"From the day you were born, you’ve embraced every challenge and adventure as an opportunity to grow.

"You’ve done it all with independence, courage, and strength.

"You’re smart and beautiful, but it’s your kind and caring heart that inspires and uplifts everyone who knows you.

"Being your dad is one of life’s greatest blessings.

"Happy 24th birthday Jordan."

Jordan responded to the touching post in her father's comments.

"Aweee thank you Dad - I love you!!!" she wrote.
