ANN ARBOR ― Halfway through preseason camp, Michigan coach Sherrone Moore said he knew he had his starting quarterback. On Monday, he made it official.
It had been trending this way for weeks, but freshman Bryce Underwood, the nation’s top recruit in the 2025 class, will be the Wolverines’s starting quarterback when the season opens Saturday night against New Mexico at Michigan Stadium.
