For nearly seven decades, the Knaus Family has been operating Knaus Berry Farm , the South Florida favorite beloved for its fresh-baked cinnamon rolls, fruit milkshakes, fresh strawberries and more. Back in 2017, those farm-fresh wares got some much-deserved national recognition when Knaus Berry Farm was inducted into the National Culinary Heritage Register, an initiative designed to explore and preserve the complex history of food and beverage in America. As it has since 1956, "Knaus Berry Farm season" will again kick off this fall, but this time under the tutelage of new owners at a brand-new address—and, yes, those cinnamon rolls are coming, too.
