NEW YORK, N.Y. – Jerry Adler, an actor best known for his role in "The Sopranos," has passed away at the age of 96.
Adler died on Saturday, according to his obituary and a social media post from his friends.
Throughout his life, Adler achieved success as an actor but spent much of his career behind the scenes on Broadway. In New York, he worked on dozens of Broadway shows, taking on roles as a theater hand, stage manager, director, and producer.
