Loved ones, caregivers and supporters of Utahns living with Alzheimer’s disease plan to gather Saturday, Sept. 6, for the Summit/Wasatch County Walk to End Alzheimer’s.
The walk will open with registration at 9 a.m. Sept. 6 at Newpark Amphitheater (a new location for this year’s Walk, donated by Crandall Capital), 1456 Newpark Blvd., Park City. The ceremony will begin at 10 a.m.
One of seven Alzheimer’s Association of Utah Walks to End Alzheimer’s in 2025, the Walk in Park City will raise funds to provide essential services to families and support research to find a cure. The Walk has a fundraising goal of $191,000. Collectively, the seven Utah Walks have a target of $570,000.
