NEENAH, Wis., (WFRV)- A Neenah artist is taking a creative approach to sharing her art with the community.
Signa Meyers practices painting every day. And when her art was piling up, she came up with a fresh idea. “My art was piling up and I didn't know what to do with it all, and I was giving it away to people, and I was like, what can I do with this?”
So Meyers created a mini art studio called the Curbside Canvas, a spin-off of Little Free Libraries.
“What if I did that with my art?” said Meyers. Instead of books, the box outside her house holds free pieces of her art. Meyers said she started this to spread joy in the community.
“Art reaches all ages, little kids, middle-aged people, older people, so what about spreading joy through art?”
