DAYTON, Ohio — U.S. Marshals have made a second arrest in connection with the killing of Juvar King, whose body was found in East Cleveland weeks after police located a burned-out car in Cleveland's Kinsman neighborhood.
According to a press release, 50-year-old John Lamar Armstrong was captured Monday following a SWAT standoff in Dayton. The Marshals say members of their Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team and Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force approached a home in the 3600 block of Delphos Avenue when a gunshot was fired from inside the residence. After SWAT officers arrived, Armstrong was eventually taken into custody.
