ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. —
Bernalillo County Sheriff's Office deputies arrested an "aggressive transient individual" Sunday at the Marriott Hotel, where he repeatedly made employees and guests feel unsafe and allegedly caused more than $10,000 in damage, a BCSO news release said.
According to court documents, Lucas Giovanni Pedraza, 37, came to the hotel on July 30, when he sat at a table outside a ballroom where an event was happening and watched pornography on a laptop with the volume loud. He became agitated when asked to leave the property and damaged furniture. He returned later that day and allegedly threw a rock through a window.
Pedraza came to the hotel again on Aug. 15 and again broke a window with a rock, the documents said.
Following an investigation, BCSO detectives arrested Pedr
