On Monday, ESPN NFL insider Adam Schefter reported that Texans running back Joe Mixon (ankle) will be moved to the reserve/non-football injury list by Tuesday's 4 p.m. ET deadline for teams to cut rosters to 53 players. With the designation, Mixon won't be able to play until Week 5 at the earliest.
