BANDON, Ore. – Two suspects arrested by Bandon police Friday are facing more than 350 charges each, including more than 300 charges of animal neglect, according to the Bandon Police Department.
BPD officials said they arrested 53-year-old Brian Tenney and 30-year-old Edith S. Beckner on August 22. Both Tenney and Beckner were confirmed to have active felony warrants with full nationwide extradition out of Coos County Circuit Court, police said. Tenney’s charges include 315 counts of second-degree animal neglect and five counts of first-degree animal neglect along with unlawful delivery of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of meth and cocaine, unlawful possession of a machine gun, reckless endangering another person, and racketeering.
