Devon Walker has announced he’s leaving Saturday Night Live .

On Monday (August 25), the 34-year-old actor and comedian revealed that he is exiting the NBC late-night sketch comedy series after appearing on three seasons.

“Me and baby broke up ❤️” Devon wrote on Instagram along with some behind-the-scenes photos.

It’s unclear whether or not Devon chose to leave the show or if he was fired, which he pokes some fun at with a statement titled, “wait..did he quit or did he get fired?”

“To me, jobs in this industry feel like a bunch of little marriages,” Devon began. “Some of em last for a long time if we’re lucky, but most of them are fleeting. Permanent until they’re not. That’s the deal. You know what it is when you sign up.”
