BROWNSBURG, Ind. — Ronald Reagan Parkway stays busy in Brownsburg with road construction, development and the Brownsburg Logistics Park.
The town's economic development director, Ethan Pierce, said the town's location is the reason why businesses choose to land here.
"It's a huge benefit for those types of businesses, being on this side of Indianapolis, you have direct access to the Ronald Reagan Parkway, which gets you down to the airport really quickly. You also are right next to I-74," Pierce said.
A key reason Pierce said HarperCollins Publishers will build a million-square-foot supply chain hub on Ronald Reagan Parkway, right across from the Mercury Logistics center.
