THE Dallas Cowboys have released veteran lineman La'el Collins.

Collins was once seen as a cornerstone of the Dallas Cowboys’ offensive line.

After going undrafted in 2015 due to off-field concerns, he signed with Dallas as a prized free agent.

Collins quickly earned a reputation as a powerful, physical blocker at both guard and tackle.

He became the Cowboys’ starting right tackle in 2017 and helped anchor one of the NFL’s best offensive lines.

However, injuries started to chip away at his availability and consistency.

In 2020, Collins missed the entire season due to hip surgery.

The following year, he was suspended five games for violating the league’s substance abuse policy.
