MONSON, Mass. (WGGB/WSHM) - A woman from Palmer is now $1,000,000 richer.

Jessica Boutin won the fifth and final grand prize in the Massachusetts State Lottery’s “$1,000,000 Winning 7” instant ticket game.

She purchased the winning ticket from the Woodbine Country Store in Monson, and the store will receive a $10,000 thousand bonus from the sale.

Boutin said she plans on saving for retirement and buying a new car for her mom with the winnings.
