A $3 bet turned into thousands for a slot machine player at Encore Boston Harbor on Aug. 11.

The player won a jackpot prize of $20,641.20 playing the slot machine game "Kong Skull Island."

Other jackpot prizes won this month at Encore Boston Harbor include a jackpot prize of $27,164.13 off of a 75-cent bet on the game “Ultimate Fire Link-Cash Falls.” And the jackpot won from the game “Bank Buster” was off of a bet of 80 cents. It was worth $27,395.23.

The casino, which is located in Everett, has more than 2,700 slot machines and more than 175 table games.

Players must be 21 years or older.

In July, Encore Boston Harbor paid out $39,627,206.20 across 15,101 total jackpots. This included 153 tables games jackpots totaling $1,162,787.13 and 14,946 slot jackpots totaling $38,451,803.09.
