SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) - We’re keeping track of a few stray showers that could form at any point in the day today for anyone around the ArkLaTex. The most of the region should stay dry though mostly cloudy skies. High temperatures will get into the upper 80’s into the southern half of the region with lower 80’s for the northern half. The morning starts off with temps in the 60’s for the northern half with temps in the lower 70’s for the southern half.

Scattered storms are expected to come tomorrow for Thursday. They should hit the afternoon and nighttime hours mainly across the northern half of the region, but storms are possible anywhere. These storms will carry a little chance for many severe weather threats such as flash flooding, hail, and strong winds. High temperatures will ramp up
