The Cleveland Browns are going into year six with Andrew Berry and Kevin Stefanski at the helm. They have been involved with many iterations of this team, from the Browns’ first playoff win in 2020 against the Pittsburgh Steelers to the many controversial quarterback rooms of the last few seasons. They have continued to lead through the many ups and downs.

The biggest risk of their career to this point was the decision to bring Deshaun Watson into this organization. While we don’t know who made the final decision on this trade, we do know that it has been one of the worst choices this organization has made in the 21st century. Despite it all, Berry and Stefanski are still in Cleveland and have another opportunity to find success with this team.
