That game last night was incredible! For the majority of its mid stages, it had ugly loss written all over it. Ceddanne Rafaela failed to make not one, but two plays he would normally secure, each leading to an Oriole run. Then, Roman Anthony, Alex Bregman and Trevor Story came up and blew a first and third nobody out situation in the eighth after Connor Wong and David Hamilton of all people set that table.

Once that happened, it felt it was time to pack it up and regroup with Garrett Crochet on the mound for the finale. Brayan Bello pitching spectacular again was still a great sign for what may lie ahead in the postseason, but wasting that outing is the type of thing that can cost you the division chase.
