After being cut by the New England Patriots , offensive tackle Demontrey Jacobs is reportedly heading to the NFC West.
According to ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler , Jacobs has signed with the Arizona Cardinals practice squad.
Jacobs started 13 games for the Patriots last season at right tackle, but struggled with consistency. Heading into 2025, he was in the mix for one of the team’s backup tackle spots, but found himself among the roster cuts earlier this week.
Jacobs landed in the NFL as an undrafted free agent with the Denver Broncos in 2023. In 2024, he was cut and scooped up on waivers by New England.
With Will Campbell and Morgan Moses locking up the top tackle spots, Jacobs had an uphill battle in trying to make the 53-man roster this season. With rookie Marcus Bryant and veteran V
