Glen Oaks Community College is advancing Michigan's mobility future. The college is partnering with local employers through the Electric Vehicle Jobs Academy Grant to provide customized training for the workforce, according to a community announcement.
Recently, American Axle & Manufacturing's Three Rivers team completed Frontline Leadership Training at Glen Oaks. The training, led by instructor Eric Richardson, focused on key skills such as performance planning, coaching, workplace communication and motivation.
Participants engaged in activities and discussions relevant to their roles, according to the announcement.
