She has had guests like Law Roach spill never-heard details about his partnership with Zendaya, Steve Madden discuss his time in prison, and, infamously, Leandra Medine Cohen realize, in real time, that her Upper East Side/private-school upbringing meant she grew up wealthy.

But earlier this week, Omondi came under fire for posting a job listing for her company: a role that “combines the responsibilities of a bookings administrator and studio coordinator” while also serving as a personal assistant to Omondi. The job, which is in person and full time from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., was offering $55,000 annually, pretax, with no benefits.
