Fifteen people experiencing homelessness in Hastings County are to receive new support thanks to a new program funded by the Canadian Alliance to End Homelessness and the federal government.
The Home Forward program is funded through the federal Homelessness Reduction Innovation Fund, or HRIF.

County council on Thursday received the news from Jamie Lynne Osmond, the county’s community and human services director.
“Hastings County is proud to be one of the first communities selected to undertake a project as part of the HRIF for the Home Forward program,” Osmond said.
