Footage of Oleksandr Usyk dancing has left Joseph Parker's team questioning the authenticity of his injury claim.

Usyk was ordered to face Parker next by the WBO after he defeated Daniel Dubois by brutal KO in July to become undisputed champion again.

Both sides were given 30 days to reach an agreement before purse bids were called, but concerningly Parker's team suggested no communication had been received.

It initially sparked fears that Usyk could forego the fight with Parker, vacate the belt and pursue an alternative bout such as a trilogy with Tyson Fury.

But it was then revealed that the Ukrainian had filed for an extension , which was granted by the governing body, as he recovers from injuries from his previous victory.
